  • Developed docu-soaps, competition elimination and magazine clip shows from conception to air.

  • Generated internal ideas as well as pitches from outside sources. 

  • Managed regular staff executives and freelance staff up to 30 people, from supervising producers to researchers and production assistants, as well as staff from third-party production companies.

  • Formed partnerships with talent, producers, writers, and production companies to create hit programming.

  • Provided extensive notes on production concepts, casting, outlines, scripts, and rough cuts for series.

  • Worked closely with field and edit teams to ensure brand specific storytelling.

  • Coordinated series launches and developed and execute integrated marketing strategies to monetize series.

  • Ensured on-time and on-budget series delivery.
